White Satin Edwardian Replica Shoes - Vintage Boots
White Edwardian or Victorian Replica Shoes.
Women of the Victorian era were very constrained in what they were "morally" allowed to wear in public, from head to toe. If you look at clothing from this period, everything was about being tied up and into everyday clothing from underwear, including corsets to footwear. Even your feet had to have boots that laced up and god forbid if you showed your ankles in public. The Edwardian period started to relax a bit for women's fashion, you still had to cover your ankles and most likely with a pair of boots like these. If you remember the film The Titanic, all these "Edwardian women" were wearing these boots.
